Shipping & Delivery
All artwork is delivered via a courier service/ private driver. Once your piece is shipped you will receive a barcode to track your order.
Domestic Orders - Please allow 1 week for your artwork to arrive if it is an existing piece.
International Orders - Please allow 2-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive. Please note International shipping does not include customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, these are an additional charge to the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Please note- commissioned pieces can take anywhere from 1 week - 6 months. So please do check!
How do your commissions work?
In short, ordinarily with commissions, I ask the client for the style that caught their eye, ideal colour scheme, and preferred size.
If you know where you’d like the piece to go, feel free to spam me with lots of pictures or videos so I can get a feel for your style and colour scheme!
Once we’ve confirmed all the details (style, exact colour scheme etc) if you’d like to proceed I will send over a bespoke payment link confirming all of the details for you to check through.
How do your consultations work?
I offer in person / FaceTime consultations completely free of charge. This includes me meeting you, taking a look at your space, measuring the desired size, getting a feel for your style and advising on style etc.
Framing
All of my art is unframed, unless stated otherwise. If you would like to have your piece framed. I work with incredible professional local framers. Please email me info@isabellegracefullerart.com for a quote.
What is an original artwork?
An original artwork is a unique painting by Isabelle Grace Fuller. It is hand-signed by Isabelle and there is only ONE unless otherwise specified in the product description.
What is a limited edition print?
A limited edition print is a reproduction of an original IGF artwork. It is printed on 300gsm paper and numbered. Each print is part of a limited series. Once a limited print is gone, it’s gone and will never be reproduced again.
Returns
Although generally Isabelle Grace Fuller does not offer refunds, if you have any queries we can work to resolve your concerns.
